Reviving the Lost Art of Denture Making

Traditional or conventional dentures have continued to decline in quality by succumbing to market demands for low costs and mass production. The problem is, no two mouths are alike and one-size-fits-all has actually become one size doesn’t fit anybody.

Dentures used to be crafted with pride by artisans committed to helping individual patients achieve the best possible results. Dr. Reece and Dr. Jouett recognized this as a lost art and have committed themselves to developing a denture system designed specifically for each patient’s unique needs.

By combining aesthetic training with advanced denture building techniques and technologies, Dr. Reece and Dr. Jouett can often achieve dramatic results not possible with conventional dentures.

The Benefits of New You Dentures

As you lose teeth the unsupported jaw bone begins to shrink. As much as 50% to 75% can be lost forever. The result is the dreaded sunken in look that identifies denture wearers.

Since the jaw bone is receded (and can continue to recede), conventional dentures do not replace the original contours of the face we associate with youth and health full lips, strong profile, filled out lower facial features.

New You Dentures are built different. They use your existing jaw bone as the bedrock for a cantilevered denture, hand crafted to return your profile as close as possible to its original proportions conveying youth, health and a confident and beautiful smile.

New You Dentures The Solution for You if You Want:

If You Don’t Have Teeth, or Are About to Lose Them,

What Are Your Options?

Option 1: Dentures

Dentures are available in good, better best options. None of which solve bone loss problems or the need to daily glue in your teeth.

GOOD: Economy Dentures – largely mass produced, pre-made, small, medium or large sized dentures that don’t look natural, but provide function at the rock bottom lowest cost.

BETTER: Traditional Dentures – semi-custom dentures made by general dentists that have a better fit and look, though often they still leave the trademark ‘sunken – in’ look to the face and are immediately recognizable as dentures.

BEST: New You Dentures – Individually made, custom dentures designed to take into account your bite and bone loss. New You Dentures by Dr. Reece and Dr. Jouett are designed to return the youthful profile of your face before you lost teeth.  This option provides the best possible muscular and jaw alignment for your bite with the cosmetic benefits of individually handcrafted teeth that look completely natural.

Option 2: Implant Retained Snap on and off Dentures

implant supported dentures

By putting two small implants in both the upper and lower jaw, you can easily ‘snap’ your dentures into place without the need for adhesives. The dentures are also just as easy to ‘un-snap’ and remove to be cleaned.

Implant dentures significantly improve your chewing efficiency over conventional glue in dentures, but to only 50% of natural teeth capacity.

Option 3: Non-removable Implant Retained Dentures

By placing four or more implants, Dr. Reece and Dr. Jouett can attach a complete set of new teeth in one day, at one location.  You will walk out with new set of beautiful teeth that perform just like real teeth from the moment you leave the office.
